Before requesting an observation at the MRO facility, it is necessary for
you to supply some contact information and a valid e-mail address. After
you register, you may submit observation requests. We will communicate with you via
e-mail. |

2. Review examples of observations |
If you have not used the MRO facility before,
we recommend that you review some examples of the kinds of observations possible.

3. Browse a list of requests |
Browse
from a list of predefined observation requests, or modify one to make your own. |

4. Log in and request an observation |
If
you are familiar with the process of making observation requests and
have your own user name and password, log in and go directly to the
observation request page. |
