Driving Directions from Seattle

Take I-5 north to Exit 182, SR 525 toward Mukilteo (from the East side, take I-405 north beyond the I-5 interchange going directly onto SR 525.

At Mukilteo, take the ferry to Clinton (Ferries leave on the hour and on the half-hour until midnight. Passage takes about 20-minutes.)

Take SR 525 (West) 10.5 miles to Freeland. Just beyond Freeland, turn left onto Bush Point Rd.

Road name changes to Smuggler's Cove Rd. Go past South Whidbey State Park. After 6.6 miles from leaving the highway, turn right onto Lagoon Point Rd.

Take the first left (about 0.2 mile) onto the private road, Gylany Way.

Turn right into the first driveway at the green gate, 3537 Gylany Way. You should see the observatory dome ahead.

Park down near the woodshed or in the circular drive. If you park in the driveway, please make sure that you are not blocking it for others.
